  1. How many days in advance should I place my order?
    Most orders can be fulfilled in as little as 1-2 days. More complex cakes will need to be placed at least a week or more prior to the date.
  2. Do you offer delivery?
    Yes, we do offer delivery. Fees are based on distance and the time it takes for us to drive from our location to you.
  3. Can we have our order shipped to us?
    We do not ship cakes at this time. However we can ship cookies, muffins, gift baskets, cheesecakes, etc. Please contact us to confirm which items can be shipped.
  4. Is payment due in advance?
    Yes, payment for your order is due in full prior to it being made. Usually, 5 days or more, if ordered in advance. If order is placed on short notice, then payment is due at the time order is placed. This helps us keep waste at a minimum which helps us keep our prices more affordable.
  5. Do you only make the cake designs shown on your website?
    Although we have many cake designs for you to choose from, we can create a one of kind design for you, or we duplicate a cake from a picture of your choosing. Please email us for more information.
  6. How many flavors do you offer?
    We offer over 30 flavors of cake for you to choose from. If you would like a flavor that is not listed, please contact us to put in a special request.
  7. Do you offer fillings?
    We offer over 16 fillings, with more being added every year. All of our fillings are made fresh for your order. Please visit our flavors page for more information.
  8. How much do you charge for your cakes?
    Our prices are based on the complexity of that cake you choose along with the number of servings needed. Please email us a picture of the cake that you would like to have made.
  9. Do you make wedding cakes?
    Yes, we do make wedding cakes. Please contact us to set up a consultation.
  10. Do you charge a fee for tastings?
    Yes, we do charge a fee for tastings. Please contact us for more information.
  11. What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept cash and all major credit cards. Sorry NO checks! We also can email a Square invoice for payment with a credit card.
  12. Do you make cakes for people with special diets or allergies?
    Yes, we make gluten free, dairy free, egg free, sugar free, peanut free, vegan cakes, and other baked goods. Please contact us for more information.
  13. Do you offer refunds?
    We do not offer refunds. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or discount on a future order. Please contact us by email for more details.
  14. Is your bakery responsible for damage to my cake or baked good once it leaves the premises?
    No, once a cake or baked good leaves our premises, we are no longer responsible for any damage that may occur. However, if we deliver your order, any damages that may have occurred during transit, will be fixed before we leave the premises. Once the cake is delivered, it is no longer our responsibly for any damages.
  15. What flavors of cake do you have?
    We have 30 flavors of cake.
